Source and hire the engineers, architects, and delivery professionals that Deliverance AI needs to scale — full-cycle, in-house.
You will own talent acquisition across technical and commercial functions, working closely with hiring managers to move fast without compromising on quality. This is a high-impact, full-cycle role with significant autonomy from day one.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruitment across engineering, delivery, and commercial roles
- Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing and network engagement
- Partner with hiring managers on role briefs, interview design, and candidate assessment
- Manage candidate experience from first contact through to offer and onboarding
- Track and report on hiring metrics and pipeline health
What we're looking for
- In-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally in technology
- Comfortable hiring technical roles (engineers, architects, data professionals)
- Strong direct sourcing skills — not reliant on inbound or agencies
- Fast-moving, organised, and candidate-focused
