You will create the people infrastructure from scratch — owning talent acquisition strategy, onboarding, culture, performance, and employee experience as the company scales rapidly. This is a foundational hire with significant strategic scope.
What you'll do
- Build and own the people strategy, processes, and function
- Lead talent acquisition strategy in partnership with hiring managers
- Design onboarding, performance management, and development frameworks
- Own culture, employee engagement, and DEI initiatives
- Manage HR operations, policies, and compliance
What we're looking for
- Senior HR or People leader with experience in a high-growth technology company
- Track record building people functions at an early or scaling stage
- Strong grasp of both strategic HR and operational people management
- Experience hiring technical talent (engineers, architects) is a strong advantage
