Build the marketing technology stack, lead management workflows, and analytics infrastructure that powers enterprise growth.
You will own the operational engine behind marketing — ensuring campaigns run efficiently, leads are managed and tracked, and the team has the data to make informed decisions. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and sales, you will build scalable systems from an early stage.
What you'll do
- Own and build out the marketing technology stack (CRM, MAP, analytics)
- Manage lead capture, scoring, routing, and CRM hygiene
- Build reporting dashboards and attribution models for marketing performance
- Support campaign operations, automation, and workflow management
- Work closely with sales to ensure seamless lead handover and pipeline visibility
What we're looking for
- Experience in a marketing operations or revenue operations role
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
