Drive adoption, expansion, and compounding value across enterprise customers operating production AI platforms.
You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes from their AI investments. Working closely with engineering and delivery teams, you will identify expansion opportunities, manage renewals, and act as the strategic voice of the customer internally.
What you'll do
- Own post-sales relationships across a portfolio of enterprise customers
- Drive product adoption, time-to-value, and expansion revenue
- Build executive relationships and run quarterly business reviews
- Work with delivery teams to ensure successful production deployments
- Identify risk early and lead remediation efforts to protect retention
What we're looking for
- Proven CSM experience in a B2B SaaS or AI/data platform environment
- Comfortable engaging at C-suite level in enterprise accounts
- Strong commercial instinct and experience managing renewals and expansions
- Familiarity with AI, ML, or data platform concepts
