You will work across the business to identify inefficiencies, implement processes, and build the operational infrastructure that supports scale. This is a broad, high-impact role working closely with senior leadership on everything from reporting and planning to tooling and cross-functional coordination.
What you'll do
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across the business
- Build and manage internal processes, workflows, and tooling
- Own business reporting, OKRs, and management information
- Support leadership with planning, prioritisation, and cross-functional execution
- Drive special projects across finance, people, and delivery operations
